Travel across cases within the state and use your own equipment as required. A valid license or eligibility is preferred, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of claims investigations experience or related field.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM) with accuracy.
• Understand investigative processes, insurance law, and claim procedures.
• English speaking required; multilingual a plus.
• Reliable personally owned vehicle and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex field investigations across multiple claim types.
• Submit daily updates with progress and observations.
• Write detailed, professional statements and investigative summaries.
• Deliver client-ready reports meeting quality standards.
• Perform scene investigations, collect evidence, and conduct interviews.
• Travel as needed within state to complete case assignments.
