Qualifications

• 1+ year of field investigations experience or equivalent
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Proficiency in report writing and typing
• Experience with dealing with sensitive information and case timelines
• Ability to travel across multiple states as needed
• Own a reliable vehicle and valid insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex field investigations for various claim types.
• Gather evidence, interview involved parties, and document findings.
• Prepare comprehensive, client-ready investigative reports.
• Submit daily updates on progress and observations.
• Perform scene investigations, statements, canvassing, and courthouse research.
• Drive safely to assignments and manage time to meet client hours.
