Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Claims, SIU, or adjusting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM).
• English speaking required; multilingual is a plus.
• Reliable personally owned vehicle.
• Photo, video, and audio recording equipment may be required.
• Thrive under pressure with sound judgment.
• Self-motivated and accountable in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties.
• Prepare comprehensive, client-ready reports and summaries.
• Investigate workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims.
• Submit daily updates and manage casework to meet client billing goals.
• Perform scene investigations, statements, canvassing, document retrieval, and courthouse research.
