Command Investigations LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with a minimum of one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The position involves conducting investigations across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims, with pay ranging from $23–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of claims investigations, SIU, or adjusting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy.
• Understand investigative processes, insurance law, and claim procedures.
• English speaking required; multilingual is a plus.
• Reliable personally owned vehicle.
• Photographic, video, and audio recording equipment; measuring and safety tools preferred.
• Thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex field investigations across multiple claim types.
• Submit daily updates with progress and observations.
• Write detailed, professional statements and investigative summaries.
• Deliver client-ready reports that meet Command Investigations’ quality standards.
• Perform scene investigations, statements, canvassing, document retrieval, and courthouse research.
• Operate safely and drive during field assignments.
