Command Investigations LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with a minimum of one year of experience to join our dynamic team within 2 hours of the listing location. Pay is $23-$30 per hour, dependent on state, with a fast-paced investigative environment.

The role conducts claims investigations, gathers evidence, interviews parties, and prepares detailed client reports across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field investigations or claims experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Excellent report writing and typing skills (50+ WPM).
• Own vehicle and valid license; ability to travel.
• English proficiency; multi-lilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex claims investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties.
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive client-ready reports.
• Investigate various claim types including workers’ comp, general liability, auto, and property.
• Submit daily updates on progress and observations.
• Maintain safety and professionalism during field assignments.
