Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Claims, SIU, or adjusting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM) with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Investigate insurance claims including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property cases.
• Submit daily updates summarizing progress and observations.
• Deliver client-ready reports that meet quality standards.
• Perform scene investigations, recorded statements, document retrieval, and courthouse research.
• Operate safely and stay alert while driving during field assignments.
• Manage time to meet client billable-hour expectations.
