Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facilities/property management and contract negotiation.
• 3–5 years of direct experience preferred.
• Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules maintenance for bank vehicles and tracks history.
• Manages remodel projects and coordinates service vendors.
• Receives and dispatches service requests and emergencies.
• Negotiates and maintains multiple service contracts with vendors.
• Coordinates space planning and employee/department relocations.
• Manages budget for ongoing operations and seeks cost efficiencies.
• Promotes safe and energy-efficient practices and continuous improvement.
