Job summary

Heiser Automotive Group is hiring an experienced F&I Manager in Wisconsin with a customer-first attitude and strong finance/sales background to guide financing options and establish bank relationships. You will prepare documents, train staff, and participate in sales leadership to improve processes and dealership efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, high ethical standards, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience
• Sales license required
• Valid and clean WI Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer insurance and financing alternatives
• Evaluate customer credit worthiness
• Establish high level bank relationships
• Prepare financing and legal documents
• Provide F&I Training in Sales meetings
• Attend and participate in Finance meetings
• Sell products and services while displaying expert service to our customers
• participate as part of a management team, take leadership role with salespeople, help establish processes as necessary, help with training and do what can be done daily to make the dealership run more efficiently.
• Work in the Sales Tower to help direct deals and their progress
