Walt Massey Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a dealer group that values its people and rewards proven talent. You will manage the entire F&I process from start to finish, develop strong customer relationships, and conduct credit analysis to evaluate loan applications.

This full-time role requires presenting and selling F&I products, ensuring all documentation is compliant, and collaborating with the sales desk and management to drive a superior

Formación

• Proven experience as an automotive finance manager; not entry-level.
• Strong negotiating skills to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and processes.
• Ability to accurately record contracts and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all documentation and customer contracts in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members on the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products as part of a great customer experience.
