Walt Massey Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a dealer group that values its people and rewards proven talent. You will manage the F&I process from start to finish, develop relationships, and present products to enhance the customer experience.

We offer compensation based on experience, paid time off, 401(k), and health benefits. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager; not entry-level.
• A strong, proven PVR.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• The ability to close deals while keeping customers happy and coming back.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all necessary documentation and customer contracts in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while bringing a positive attitude to the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence as part of an excellent customer experience.
