• Provide guest service training and departmental orientation for new hires.
• Assist manager with ongoing training and development for all employees.
• Ensure dining room and service areas are properly set up and ready.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and side work responsibilities.
• Coordinate with other supervisors on scheduling, ordering, and par levels.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for private events and functions.
• Foster a supportive environment promoting teamwork and high performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per policy and state laws.
• Review staffing levels and conditions to improve service quality and profitability.
• Monitor staff performance and address issues with suggested solutions.
• Oversee daily departmental operations per policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
