Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead dining room operations and service excellence on a dynamic, high- volume property. You will train staff, supervise team members, and ensure spotless setup for service and events.

Your role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, coordinating with supervisors on scheduling, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breakdown for private events and special functions.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with policy and state regulations.
• Assist the manager in reviewing departmental activities to evaluate staffing levels and service quality.
• Monitor the work of team members to ensure performance meets standards.
• Resolve issues within authority or elevate with recommended solutions.
• Oversee daily departmental operations in line with policies and procedures.

Position Summary:

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift) while overseeingoperations across dining, bar, and service areas.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping while supervising staff, assistingwith service, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly (e.g., trays,supplies, cases of product) and occasionally more with assistance.
• Manual dexterity required to assist with service tasks, handle equipment, and operate POSsystems when needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting, carrying, and assisting with setup andbreakdown of service areas and events.
• Capability to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentwhile maintaining situational awareness.
• Ability to safely navigate crowded dining rooms, bar areas, and casino floor environments.
• Tolerance for working in environments with:
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Dim lighting and flashing lights
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke (where permitted)
• Ability to work in areas with potential spills, wet floors, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Visual ability to monitor staff performance, read reports, schedules, and POS screens; andhearing ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment.
