Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House in Lebanon, NH seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage / EVS Manager to lead guest-facing service, environmental services, and facilities coordination. You will supervise multiple teams, drive labor planning, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role collaborates with the Kitchen Manager to coordinate events, maintain sanitation, and optimize service timing, inventory, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in hospitality, gaming, restaurant, or related settings.
• Knowledge of beverage operations, inventory control, budgeting, cost control, sanitation, and guest-service standards.
• Working knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, work-order management, and contractor oversight.
• Knowledge of applicable alcohol-service, food-safety, OSHA, Hazard Communication, sanitation, and fire and life-safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of guest-facing Food & Beverage service, EVS, and facilities coordination.
• Hire, onboards, trains, schedules, coaches, evaluates, and disciplines team members per policy.
• Establish operating standards, staffing plans, workflows, and accountability measures; conduct regular pre-shift and department meetings.
• Create a service-focused culture and provide staff with tools, guidance, and resources.
• Oversee bar, cocktail, and other guest-facing service to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Monitor labor, costs, promotions, and guest satisfaction; implement actions to improve revenue and productivity.
• Coordinate events and promotions related to bar service and facility readiness.
• Maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and service vendors per procurement requirements.
