UG2 LLC is seeking a full-time Events Support Specialist and janitorial porter for Amazon Boston. You will help set up and breakdown event spaces, maintain training rooms, and perform custodial duties to ensure clean, compliant spaces.

Work under the events team and area manager, handle work orders, check equipment against inventory, and maintain high service standards during events in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain training rooms, conference rooms, and additional spaces.
• Help set up spaces to customer requirements and reset rooms as specified.
• Assist cleaning before and after use (vacuuming, trash, tidying).
• Support customers during longer events and tidy up as needed.
• Assist catering in setting up and tearing down catering tables.
• Communicate and respond to event emails and work orders.
• Inspect equipment for damage and verify against inventory.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service.
• Adhere to event safety standards.
• Assist in ordering, moving, and storing items for events.
• Keep event space clean and organized and ensure seating meets fire code.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Perform custodial duties (vacuuming offices/public areas, trash removal, liner replacement).
