Job summary

Frostwood Farms Kitchen is seeking friendly Event Staff to deliver exceptional service at a variety of events, from dinners to cooking classes. You will assist in food prep, service, dishwashing, and event setup, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to Frostwood standards.

Successful candidates will have experience in food operations, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages and 401(k) retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in food operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work within a team-based environment.
• Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks.
• Planning and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for cooking using ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment; follow Frostwood standards under the Executive Chef.
• Assist with training and health compliance regulations as required.
• Assist in the dishwashing area to keep items clean and organized before, during, and after events.
• Support service at a variety of events, including dinners, lunches, brunches, cocktail receptions, and cooking classes.
• Clear plateware, glassware, and other service items as needed.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
