Job summary

Frostwood Farms Kitchen is seeking friendly Event Staff to deliver exceptional service at a variety of events, from dinners to cooking classes. You will assist in food prep, service, dishwashing, and event setup, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to Frostwood standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for cooking using ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment; follow Frostwood standards under the Executive Chef.
• Assist with training and health compliance regulations as required.
• Assist in the dishwashing area to keep items clean and organized before, during, and after events.
• Support service at a variety of events, including dinners, lunches, brunches, cocktail receptions, and cooking classes.
• Clear plateware, glassware, and other service items as needed.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Event Staff at Frostwood Farm Kitchen play a key role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality at all Frostwood events. This position requires teammates to be mobile, attentive, and efficient while maintaining a warm and professional presence. Event Staff support front-of-house and back-of-house operations throughout each event, ensuring the food is served in accordance with Frostwood standards and the environment remains clean, organized, and aligned with Frostwood expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepare food for cooking using ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment. Follow Frostwood Farms' food preparation and presentation standards under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
• Assists with complying to all local, state, and franchise required training and health compliance regulations.
• Assist in the dishwashing area by cleaning dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment before, during, and after events. Keep the dish area clean and organized and properly store all cleaned items.
• Support service at a variety of formal and informal events, including dinners, lunches, brunches, cocktail receptions, and cooking classes
• Clear plateware, glassware, and other service items as needed
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
