Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Miami is hiring part-time Event Security staff to support games, concerts and festivals. You’ll check bags, direct guests, enforce access, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Florida State Security license. Flexible schedule and weekly pay are among the benefits of joining our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct guest entry, verify tickets, wristbands, and badges.
• Screen guests at entry with bags, metal detectors, or wand.
• Protect guests and assets by monitoring security checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to security or crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests.
• Demonstrate understanding of venue policies and procedures.
• Provide directions to guests and enhance their experience.
