Main Event Entertainment in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and event experiences by crafting a fun, tailored vision.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate and group events, input sales data in CRM and Office, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets. Availability for days, nights, weekends is required. Benefits include 50% off food/bev, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks in CRM/office systems.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed birthday, group and event sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas for the business.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
