BEST Crowd Management in Saginaw, MI is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and deliver exceptional client experiences at major events.

You will oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, budgeting, and on-call support, while mentoring an operations team and partnering with leadership to optimize service delivery. Weekend/evening on-call duties may apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in operations, service, field, or project management.
• Experience in event staffing, security, or athletics preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, training, scheduling, and event-day execution.
• Build staffing plans, track budgets, and ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Coach, mentor, and develop an operations team for game day readiness.
• Elevate customer experience through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
• Partner with leadership to create efficient operating strategies.
• Ensure staffing needs are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain records and reports for internal and external use.
• Be ready for weekend/evening on-call needs and travel up to 25%.
• Jump in on additional duties as needed.
