• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in operations, service, field, or project management.
• Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including recruiting, hiring, licensing, training, scheduling, and event-day execution.
• Build and manage staffing plans, track budgets, and ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Coach, mentor, and develop an operations team that’s motivated and ready for game day.
• Elevate customer experience through proactive communication and service improvements.
• Partner with leadership to create smarter operating strategies.
• Ensure staffing needs are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain records and reports for internal and external use.
• Be ready for weekend/evening on-call needs and travel up to 25%.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
