Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator for the Mesa Convention Center in downtown Mesa, AZ. This on-site role supports planning and execution of events, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure flawless experiences.

You'll manage logistics, communicate requirements, and assist with scheduling and set-ups while liaising between clients and facility teams. A four-year degree and 1–2 years related experience are preferred; strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to plan and organize event logistics.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events.
• Guide clients in interpreting and explaining contract provisions.
• Keep clients informed on deadline schedules and requirements.
• Assist in scheduling operational set-ups and monitor facility set-up.
