Job summary
Legends Global, the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, seeks an IT Manager for on-site leadership at Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee IT infrastructure, networks, software applications, reporting, and end-user training to ensure smooth event operations.
Collaborate with local and corporate IT teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that enhance productivity and guest experiences through proactive service and innovation.
Qualifications
- BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology infrastructure for daily operations and events.
- Oversee IT systems, network support, software applications, reporting, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with local and corporate IT teams to drive technology solutions.
- Create reports and business analyses for stakeholders.
- Assist in development of marketing and business presentation tech projects.
- Provide training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
- Identify and implement software and hardware to improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot application and network problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
