Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Pocono region seeks a Business Center Concierge to provide business and guest services for convention guests, manage guest packages, and assist with posting and presenting guest checks.

As a member of the leadership team, you will embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding and supporting associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of convention center practices.
• Basic working knowledge of equipment and supplies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to delegate tasks.
• Able to respond quickly and professionally to client/management requests.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and radio messages for Banquets and route messages.
• Greet and assist associates, clients, and vendors; respond to event inquiries and policies.
• Organize and maintain event files: BEOs, resumes, labels, diagrams, timelines, menus, service notes.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly Banquets communications to Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and A/V.
• Support Banquet Managers with room set-up details, linen and equipment needs, signage, and special arrangements.
• Assist with post-event documentation such as consumption sheets, checklists, incident notes, lost-and-found routing, and billing support.
