Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Pocono Manor, PA is hiring a Banquet Server to greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food in our award-winning banquet operations. This role supports the banquets team from setup to service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson preferred.
• 1 year of experience in food service or the hospitality industry in a convention center or large hotel (over 500 room property) preferred.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Greet banquet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food.
• Assist the banquets team in all aspects of banquet functions from start to finish.
• Oversee daily setup and serving according to Resort standards; read BEOs and be familiar with menus.
