Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician to respond to both non-emergent and emergent transport requests within the hospital environment and pre-hospital settings as needed. You will provide BLS-level care, complete accurate documentation, and ensure readiness of vehicles and equipment for timely patient transport.

Ideal candidates hold a MA EMT license, MA driver’s license, and have 0–1 years of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Massachusetts EMT license required.
• Massachusetts driver’s license required.
• 0–1 year related work experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Responds promptly to non-emergency and emergency requests as directed by the dispatcher.
• Performs pre-hospital and hospital-based care within EMT-B scope.
• Documents runs accurately; completes vehicle and equipment checklists.
• Ensures vehicle and equipment are ready for response and resupply as needed.
• Provides safe, professional patient transport to facilities or residences.
• Communicates clearly with hospital staff and EMS partners.
