Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. The role involves traveling to client sites to resolve issues, document activity, and ensure service levels are met.

A technical school certificate or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience are typical requirements. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, driving to client locations, and maintaining OEM certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Document real-time reporting for all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
