Job summary

A3 Solutions, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Desktop & Network Support technician to install media equipment, run network config, and assist event coordination.

You will set up AV gear, wire and program systems, test video and audio, and resolve incidents while delivering excellent end-user support in enterprise environments.

This role requires strong customer service, fault finding, and the ability to work on-site with clients during productions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows OS 11 and Microsoft Office in an enterprise setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to configure and maintain hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Transporting, setting up, and installing media equipment and AV tools.
• Setting up electrical wiring, programming, and basic construction per diagrams.
• Developing relationships with clients to keep production moving.
• Running tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting issues.
• Handling equipment malfunctions and ensuring flawless events.
• Disassembling equipment safely and performing inventory management.
• Supporting Windows OS 11 and Microsoft Office in enterprise environments.
• Maintaining and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Imaging, recovery, and installation of software packages.
