You will lead conversations to schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and coordinate between customers, technicians, and the office. A fast-moving schedule requires strong communication and decision-making."

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer-service experience.
• Strong ability to manage changing priorities and maintain calm under pressure.
• Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations to book appointments.
• Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily dispatching and technician schedules to maximize productivity.
• Make real-time scheduling adjustments for changes, delays, or urgent requests.
• Provide timely information and schedule updates to technicians in the field.
