Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting priorities.
• Clear communication and professionalism with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer/dealer credit card receipts.
• Prepare and reconcile ACH transactions.
• Reconcile bulk plant storage facilities.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Enter payments into accounting software.
• Maintain and reconcile the tax checking account.
• File and securely destroy confidential financial documents.
