Job summary

Plumb Pro+ is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Goose Creek, SC. The role centers on listening to customers, solving issues, and turning conversations into booked opportunities for plumbing and HVAC services.

The CSR must excel in outbound calls, follow-up, and delivering exceptional service from the first contact. The position offers full-time hours, a structured schedule, and a bonus/incentive program.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing/HVAC/home-service CSR preferred.
• At least 1 year of CSR experience required or preferred.
• Experience with outbound calling and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and energetically.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers, leads and opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regarding service needs and appointments.
• Help customers schedule plumbing and HVAC service visits.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and maintain records.
