Qualifikationen

• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage a steady volume of calls while delivering great service.
• Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical services.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance and generate appointments.
• Earn commissions through qualifying outbound calls and booked appointments.
