Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is seeking a fast-paced, highly organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to connect customers, technicians, and sales. In this full-time role you will manage high call volume, schedule jobs, provide quotes, and help convert inquiries into revenue.

You’ll coordinate timelines, track work orders, and ensure accuracy from start to finish while delivering a friendly, solution-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service on the phone or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone and upsell.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
• Accustomed to a fast-paced, team environment.
• Problem solver with high attention to detail.
• Typing skills (type while talking) and comfort with scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs.
• Optimize daily routes for efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, and customer expectations.
• Manage work orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish.
• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs.
• Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Upsell additional services and identify revenue opportunities.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Order glass, parts, and materials from vendors; track inventory and job readiness.
• Process billing, payments, and job documentation; maintain organized records.
