Job summary

Glass America in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Dispatcher to lead and coordinate daily technician scheduling and parts flow. You will ensure customer vehicles are repaired on time and parts are sourced, ordered, and delivered accurately to shops.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. You’ll collaborate with A/P, CSRs, and vendors, while maintaining inventory and driving efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating parts/ supplies preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to all technician production staff.
• Coordinate returns and credits of parts and insure they are picked up daily.
• Order parts from select vendors and follow up on ETA dates.
• Support A/P with POP invoices and assist with invoice processing.
• Notify CSRs and team when parts are on back order status.
