Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is seeking an Inside Sales Rep/Service Dispatcher (FT) based in Tea, SD. You will handle high-volume calls, schedule and dispatch residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs, provide quotes, upsell services, and deliver a professional customer experience.

We value highly organized, fast-paced team players with strong communication skills who can close sales over the phone and coordinate timelines, parts, and billing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume call center/inside sales/service dispatch experience or related
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone; upsell skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, team environment
• Proficient typing and scheduling systems experience (Service Titan, CRM)

Responsibilities

As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a highly organized, customer-focused, fast paced Inside Sales Rep/Service Dispatcher (FT) who thrives in a highly active, fast-paced environment to play a key role in driving revenue and be a part of our daily operations. Position involves high call volume, inbound/outbound calls, in-store customers, closing/booking jobs, scheduling technicians, interruptions on the fly - the pace is high speed and accuracy is KEY!

What You Do!

Dispatching & Operations

• Schedule & dispatch technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs
• Optimize daily routes for efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate job timelines, materials, and customer expectations
• Manage work orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish

Inside Sales & Customer Service

• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs
• Provide quotes, outbound calls follow up on leads/opportunities, and close sales
• Upsell additional services and identify revenue opportunities
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer experience

Administrative & Support

• Order glass, parts, and materials from vendors (learn varieties of glass)
• Track inventory and ensure job readiness
• Process billing, payments, and job documentation
• Maintain organized records and communication with customers

This is NOT a traditional customer service position; it is an Inside Sales Rep with Service Dispatch combined into one!

What We’re Looking For!

• * 2+ years of high-volume call center, inside sales, service dispatch, C/S or home-service experience highly desired
• * Strong communication and customer service skills
• * Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone & upsell skills
• * Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• * Accustomed to working in a highly fast-paced, team environment
• * Problem solver with high attention to detail
• * Tech-Savvy (scheduling systems, CRM "Service Titan", office software) with intermediate to advanced typing skills (fast typing while talking required)

Compensation & Benefits

• * Excellent compensation $19-$22/hour (DOE) + annual bonus based on performance.
