Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join a fast‑paced, hospitality-focused property. You’ll craft authentic Sonoran dishes and contribute to a memorable dining experience in a lively kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related kitchen experience or training; willing to train eager candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Culinary creation: prepare high-quality items per recipes and production plans.
• Resourceful cooking: use whole foods efficiently and minimize waste.
• Kitchen cleanliness: maintain sanitary, organized work area per safety rules.
• Proactive communication: inform chef of equipment issues or shortages.
• Inventory management: requisition supplies and receive daily.
• Proper storage: wrap, label, date, and rotate items to keep quality.
• Safe practices: follow all safety protocols in daily duties.
