Job summary

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to support the Chef and Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow directions, with 1-2 years cooking experience and a high school diploma. You will help with food prep, sanitation, and daily kitchen operations, including inventory and upholding safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and able to follow directions
• Understanding safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served
• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property
• Follows standard recipes when preparing items
• Participates in monthly food and supplies inventory
• Maintains proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of food prep and storage areas
• Distributes food and supplies across outlets
• Cleans production, holding and serving equipment
• Assists with product receiving and storage
• Complies with Department of Health regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
