Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group in Springfield, MO. You will collaborate with project teams to build and update schedules and ensure alignment with pull planning and CPM methodologies.

The role requires 0-2 years scheduling experience, a related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and with training content for training delivered by the group.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions by ensuring CPM schedule is aligned with pull plan results.
• Provides planning and scheduling support to operations, marketing and other IPS functions as directed.
