Job summary

KDC Construction in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management and manage day-to-day construction administration. The role coordinates activities and processes to ensure project execution is efficient and on schedule.

You will work closely with the Project Team, handle invoicing support, permits coordination, meetings, reports, and documentation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with relevant construction coordination or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to become a Notary.
• Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are achieved.
• Ability to foster relationships with customers, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Approves invoices and verifies job expenses and cost codes.
• Assists with billing and subcontractor payments, supporting the Project Team from inception to closeout.
• Coordinates permits, meetings, minutes, and client communications.
