United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to assist in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and maintain master schedules, daily logs, and project documentation. The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to plan meetings, prepare reports, and support invoice and safety compliance tasks on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; preferred Bachelor's in business administration, construction management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support in organizing and managing construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, POs, change orders, submittals, daily logs, etc.
• Direct and instruct the construction and engineering groups on project timelines and compliance adherence.
• Organize office and assist employees in ways that optimize procedures.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, create a master schedule for all team members.
• Resolve office-related issues, such as supplies, updating employee lists and contact lists, seating arrangements, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Assist leaders with invoice, payment control and all administrative related tasks.
• Assist project team with safety compliance within the job site.
