Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and related controls.
• Contribute to compensation models, variance analysis, trend reporting, and bespoke analysis for senior decision-makers.
• Work across high-volume workflows and complex transactions, maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, investigate issues, and ensure critical processes continue without interruption.
• Support workflow improvements through automation, technology adoption, and thoughtful use of generative AI.
• Manage confidential financial and compensation information with strong judgment and discretion.
