Responsibilities

Supporting recurring compensation reporting, reconciliations, and data preparation.
Assisting with compensation modeling, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
Preparing accurate reporting packages and analysis for internal stakeholders.
Working with accounting, finance, operations, and compensation-related data.
Helping improve existing reporting processes, workflows, and analytical tools.
Supporting ad hoc analysis tied to compensation planning and management company economics.
Handling confidential information with discretion and strong attention to detail.
