Job summary

Bruin, a NYC-based asset manager, seeks an Investment Reporting professional to join the investment operations team. The role focuses on performance reporting, data validation, and portfolio analytics across private credit strategies.

You will prepare recurring reports, validate large datasets, and collaborate with investment, operations, and accounting teams to ensure data integrity and accurate NAV reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment reporting, performance reporting, fund operations, or related function.
• Experience within asset management or exposure to credit/fixed income or alternative investments.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience working with large datasets and performing reconciliations.
• Exposure to performance metrics such as returns, cash flows, or attribution is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
