Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail, organizational ability, reliability.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to handle high volumes and priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and reporting activities ensuring continuity across core workflows.
• Contribute to compensation modeling, variance analysis, trend reporting, and senior leader advisory analyses.
