Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR/Compensation or Finance experience with strong analytics.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to convey a story through data and metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; ability to solve problems independently.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end compensation planning and administrative support for annual processes across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance on offers, promotions, transfers, budgeting and top talent retention.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark data analysis to support needs.
• Provide strategic support on compensation projects, policy changes, and systems development.
• Act as a subject matter expert on reporting and engage with clients to deliver accurate insights.
• Suggest improvements to compensation programs and processes with fresh ideas.
