Job summary

Arrow Search Partners, a leading recruiting firm, seeks an experienced compensation analytics professional to prepare and reconcile data for compensation models and forecasts. You will aid quarterly forecasts, support partner compensation calculations, and help with year-end processes including bonus pools and deferred compensation reporting.

The role requires strong data analysis, benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize compensation operations and drive strategic reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2-4 years of compensation and/or corporate accounting within asset management or financial services.
• Experience with accrual, forecast, and planning models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile data sets that feed compensation models, accruals, and forecasts.
• Assist with the quarterly compensation forecast process and support partner compensation calculations and reporting.
• Support the year-end compensation cycle including bonus pool analysis, compensation statement generation and distribution, deferred compensation, and related management reporting and deliverables.
• Assist with administration of the deferred compensation programs including grants, vesting, forfeitures, and distributions, and carried interest program.
• Perform complex analysis and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership to support planning and business decision-making.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to support compensation operations, administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile data sets that feed compensation models, accruals, and forecasts
• Assist with the quarterly compensation forecast process and support partner compensation calculations and reporting
