Elmington Living is seeking a Community Director for The Cannon in Murfreesboro, TN. The on-site role leads operations, budgeting, leasing, and staff management to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will drive occupancy, set pricing in collaboration with leadership, and supervise a team while maintaining strong resident relations and community standards. Join a growing portfolio with People First values.

Formación

• 1+ years of prior Community Director experience required.
• Strong understanding of leasing, pricing, and revenue management fundamentals.
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress, or similar property management software.
• Fair Housing certification required within 7 days of employment; CAPS or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage property's operating budget and drive performance against NOI, NRI, bad debt, and management fee targets.
• Maintain occupancy and monitor economic occupancy; implement retention strategies.
• Approve invoices up to $500 and vendor contracts within delegated authority.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and eviction processes.
• Submit weekly and monthly financial reports to leadership and partners.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and track progress.
• Join ownership and equity calls bi-weekly to report on performance.
• Assist with Daily Operations reports for equity partners and leadership.
