Elmington Living is seeking a Community Director for The Cannon in Murfreesboro, TN. You will lead on-site operations, oversee leasing, revenue management, resident relations, and staff supervision to deliver a high-quality living experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on budget and performance, and collaboration with regional leadership. You will manage marketing, pricing strategies, and tenant retention while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Community Director experience.
• Strong understanding of leasing, pricing and revenue management fundamentals.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress.
• Fair Housing certification within 7 days of employment; CAPS or similar certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the property's operating budget and drive performance against NOI, NRI, bad debt, and management fee targets.
• Maintain occupancy through proactive leasing and retention strategies; monitor economic occupancy.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and eviction processes as needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to leadership and asset management.
• Develop and execute the property's action plans to address performance gaps and report progress.
