Job summary

Citizens Bank of Mukwon in Waukesha, Wisconsin seeks a Commercial Loan Processing Specialist I to prepare commercial loan documents and support lending staff. Responsibilities include gathering financials, building initial credit presentations, and ensuring compliance for timely closing.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong communication with lenders. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:15am–5pm, with 38–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Commercial Processing or Commercial Documentation experience.
• 1+ years working with LaserPro.
• Experience with ordering Title, Appraisals, and Environmental reports.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with lenders to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create credit presentations using nCino, core systems and provided data.
• Manage a pipeline of loan requests to meet deadlines.
• Enter data into ServiceLink and obtain flood certificate; ensure compliance.
• Order appraisals and input data into Ascribe or request from internal appraiser.
• Order environmental reports and title per policy requirements.
• Complete internal forms to aid lending compliance and move loans through the pipeline.
• Pull tax bills from county websites.
• Collaborate with lending officer to gather necessary documentation.
• Prepare all commercial loan documentation using LOS systems (nCino, LaserPro).
• Ensure appropriate approvals/waivers are obtained prior to closing.
• Quality control origination documents and verify closing statements.
