Job summary

You will work with Business Service Representatives, balance disbursements and closing statements, and support advanced loan products including letters of credit, participations, and government programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience are required.
• 3-5 years of experience with commercial documents is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel and ability to quickly learn loan processing software is essential.
• Strong time management and organization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review loan requests and collaborate with Business Service Representatives to collect information for accurate documentation.
• Verify pre-closing details including legal names, ownership, signing authority, collateral lien status, and compliance with loan policy and regulations.
• Balance disbursements and closing statements, including loan fees and pre-closing costs.
• Develop understanding of documentation for advanced loan products (LCs, participations, government programs, construction financing).
• Ensure HMDA data reporting and adherence to bank policies; input data into origination software.
• Onboard new construction projects in construction management software and manage budget inputs.
• Assist team members and departments to promote a collaborative work environment.
