Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 3-4 years of B2B sales experience or 2-3 years in an insurance-related role.
• Proven experience in prospecting, client meetings and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in middle-market commercial accounts.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to refine sales techniques and strategies.
• Attend a sales school in Tennessee as part of training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and networking.
• Focus on specific industry verticals to develop expertise and market presence.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and activity milestones.
